Appointment to the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Board
Pursuant to clause 28(3)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Economic Development and the Minister of Trade have been pleased to appoint
Jennifer Kerr, of Hamilton
as a member of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Board for a term of three years from 1 June 2013.

Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988
Termination of Reassessment: Certain Bound Stationery From Malaysia
Notice is hereby given that I have terminated a reassessment of the rate or amount of anti-dumping duty, in respect of certain bound stationery exported from Malaysia, which was initiated pursuant to section 14(6) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988.
Notification of the initiation of the reassessment was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 April 2013, No. 39, page 1184.
This reassessment has been terminated to allow for a review initiated on 11 September 2012 to be reopened.
The duty will remain in place pending the outcome of the review and any subsequent reassessment or termination of the duty resulting from the review.

Notice of Reopening of Review of Anti-dumping Duty on Certain Bound Stationery From Malaysia
Pursuant to section 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I have reopened the review, initiated on 11 September 2012, pursuant to section 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, of the imposition of anti-dumping duty in respect of the goods described in the Schedule to this notice (the goods).
Anti-dumping duty was imposed on the goods as the result of an anti-dumping investigation in 2007.
The current rate of duty on the goods was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 September 2007, No. 102, page 2759.

Exercise books, note books, project books, sketch pads and pads of a type intended for the purpose of writing/drawing, suited primarily for primary, post-primary schools and commercial sectors, having the following specifications:
- HEIGHT: Not less than 75 millimetres (“mm”) and not more than 450mm.
- WIDTH: Not less than 75mm and not more than 450mm.
- LEAF: Not less than 20 and not more than 300.
- PAGES: Not less than 40 and not more than 600.
- Includes perforated or hole punched pages.
- Can be printed/unprinted.
- All colours.
- PAPER WEIGHT: Not less than 45 grams per square metre (gsm) and not more than 150gsm.
- LINES: Ruled or un-ruled; print any colour.
- COVER: Can be hard or soft covers.
- Pads, sketch and other types, may/may not be covers.
- Can be printed/unprinted.
- BINDING: Stapled, sewn, glued or wire bound.
The goods are classified under the following tariff items and statistical keys: 4820.10.00.11H, 4820.10.00.21E, 4820.10.00.29L, 4820.00.00F, 4820.90.01.00H, 4820.90.09.01G and 4820.90.09.29G of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classifications are provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
