A Proclamation

Pursuant to sections 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Māori Land Court to the Minister of Transport,
I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

All those pieces of roadway being the upper roadway created by way of an Order of the Māori Land Court dated 18 November 2002 and 21 April 2004, at 95 Whangarei MB 129–MB 133 and 99 Whangarei MB 164 laying off the roadway marked "Sec 1", "Sec 2", "Sec 3" and "Sec 4" having a total area of 1.2863 hectares on SO 325468 and marked "Horahora Roadway", having a total area of 1.6252 hectares on ML 325467.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 15th day of May 2013.
