Notice of Approval for Land to be Sold, Otherwise Disposed Of or Modified, Pursuant to Section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991
Under the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, I, Dr Nick Smith, Minister of Conservation, hereby approve the sale of the following parcel of land currently vested in the Grey District Council, being part of the land described in Part C of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, under the description "Greymouth Harbour Lands" and being more particularly described in the following Schedule.

Residential land proposed for sale by the Grey District Council, pursuant to the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1982 and the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991.

A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare:
(a) A sub stratum estate in fee simple in the land described in the First Schedule; and
(b) A restrictive covenant over the land described in the Second Schedule on the terms and conditions set out in the Third Schedule appurtenant to the land secondly described in the First Schedule
to be taken for motorway purposes and vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
