Notice Under the Food Act 1981

Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice is given of the issue on 15 May 2013 of the New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Food Standards 2002, Amendment No. 53, which comes into force on 20 June 2013.

A copy of the food standards incorporating Amendment No. 53 may be inspected free of charge at or purchased from the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.

I, William Henry David More, Acting Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 20 May 2013, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Straylight Studios Limited from the Register of Companies on 14 September 2012) with 200,000 shares in Intelogic Online Limited.

National Animal Identification and Tracing Act 2012

National Animal Identification and Tracing (Designation of Entity to be the National Animal Identification and Tracing Organisation) Notice 2013 (Notice No. MPI 163)

Pursuant to section 8 of the National Animal Identification and Tracing Act 2012, the Minister for Primary Industries gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—This notice is the National Animal Identification and Tracing (Designation of Entity to be the National Animal Identification and Tracing Organisation) Notice 2013.

2. Commencement—This notice comes into effect upon notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

3. Interpretation—In this notice:

Act means the National Animal Identification and Tracing Act 2012.

NAIT organisation means the organisation designated as the NAIT organisation by the Minister under section 8 of the Act.

NAIT Limited or National Animal Identification and Tracing (NAIT) Limited means the company incorporated under Company No. 2481213.

4. NAIT Limited to be designated the National Animal Identification and Tracing Organisation—(1) NAIT Limited is designated as the NAIT organisation for the purposes of the Act.

(2) NAIT Limited must begin to perform the functions and duties, and exercise the powers, of the NAIT Organisation from 1 June 2013.

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Further to a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 March 2013, No. 42, page 1251, and pursuant to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41 and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 27 November 2007, I give notice that having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the scheduled international air service licence held by that airline to provide for Air New Zealand to market code-share services to Turkey, with capacity as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport.

The variation took effect from 14 May 2013.
