Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 February 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Letitia Lewis in respect of Global Kids Childcare Centre Ltd (30201), situated at 150 Newton Road, Mount Maunganui.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
