TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)
AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 1) 2013
PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Manager Client Services, Trade and Marine group of the New Zealand Customs Service gives the following Notice.
NOTICE

Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2013.

Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 July 2013.

Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 8415.10.10, 8415.20.00, 8415.81.00, 8415.82.10, 8415.90.00, 8418.10.00, 8418.21.00, 8418.30.00, 8418.40.00, 8418.50.00, 8418.61.00, 8418.69.00, 8418.99.00, 8476.21.00, 8476.81.00, 8609.00.09, 8704.21.50, 8704.31.50, 8704.90.12, 8716.31.01, 8716.31.09, 8716.39.01, 8716.39.09, 8901.20.00, 8901.30.01, 8902.00.01, 8902.00.09, 8902.00.19, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.

Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 8479.89.00 41B, 8704.21.80 11C and 8704.21.80 19J, 8704.22.11 11F and 8704.22.11 19A, 8704.22.19 11G and 8704.22.19 19B, 8704.23.09 11F and 8704.23.09 19A, 8704.31.80 11G and 8704.31.80 19B, 8704.32.11 11K and 8704.32.19 19E, 8704.32.19 11L and 8704.32.19 19F, 8704.90.21 11H and 8704.90.21 19C, 8704.90.29 11J and 8704.90.29 19D, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.
