Keiran Anne Horne and Lynda Jane Smart, chartered accountants of HFK Limited, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Christchurch on 7 May 2013 at 10.21am.

The liquidators fix 7 June 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
