Notice is hereby given that on 6 May 2013, James Gregory Eden and Carolyn Lee Jackson, chartered accountants of New Plymouth, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of NEW PLYMOUTH AERO CLUB INCORPORATED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 10th day of September 2009, given by that incorporated society.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the club’s undertaking, property and assets.
