Classification of Reserve

Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 26th day of March 2013, hereby classifies the reserve properties described in the Schedule to this notice as local purpose (community facilities) reserve.

These properties situated in Taita are owned by the Hutt City Council.
