The boards of NORTHERN DHB SUPPORT AGENCY LIMITED and NORTHERN REGIONAL TRAINING HUB LIMITED hereby give notice that the companies propose to amalgamate and continue as one company under the name NORTHERN DHB SUPPORT AGENCY LIMITED.

On the amalgamation becoming effective, the amalgamated company will change its name from NORTHERN DHB SUPPORT AGENCY LIMITED to NORTHERN REGIONAL ALLIANCE LIMITED.
