Pursuant to sections 108 and 109 of the Social Workers Registration Act 2003, the following notice is given.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2013.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2013 and replaces the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 June 2012, No. 167, page 1880.

2. Fees—The Social Workers Registration Board sets the following fees and disciplinary levies, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedules.
