Land Declared Road, Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip), and Severance Taken and Amalgamated—State Highway 3 Devon Road, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TNH1/343 subject to mortgage 6026394.1, notice 171538, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.

Road to be Stopped—Great North Road and Cameron Road East, Wanganui District

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped, and further declares, pursuant to section 117(7), shall be added to the adjoining land held for a public work (Government purposes, segregation strip) contained in Computer Freehold Register WN52C/884 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for water supply and related purposes and shall vest in the Kapiti Coast District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
