Crown Minerals Act 1991

Notification of the Minerals Programme for Petroleum 2013

On Monday 22 April 2013, pursuant to clause 3(7) of Schedule 1 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, made the Minerals Programme for Petroleum 2013 Order 2013.

This order issues the Minerals Programme for Petroleum 2013 to take effect on 24 May 2013.

A copy of the Minerals Programme for Petroleum 2013 is available for public inspection on the New Zealand Petroleum & Minerals website

Following the completion of a review, pursuant to section 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 ("the Act"), and pursuant to section 14(6) of the Act, and under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I hereby give notice that I have initiated a reassessment of the rate or amount of anti-dumping duty imposed in respect of imports into New Zealand of the goods described in the Schedule to this notice.

Board of Trustees Election Invalidation Notice for Cambridge School (1702), Cambridge

Pursuant to clause 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the election for staff and parent representatives for the board of trustees of Cambridge School, require new elections to be held on 30 May 2013, and declare that the elected representatives who held office on the date of the invalid election remain in office until the close of the day before the day on which the new trustees take office following the new election.

This notice takes effect the day of publication.
