and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Kim

A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Right
Honourable Dame Sian Elias, the Administrator of the
Government, hereby declare the land described in
the Schedule to be taken for motorway purposes and be
vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the
publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road and Use in Connection With a Road and Road to be Stopped—Birchwood Lane Extension, Waikato District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard,
Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1), declares that,
an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the
land described in the First Schedule to this notice is to be
acquired for road and vested in the Waikato District
Council;
(b) Pursuant to section 116(1), declares that the portions
of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice are
to be stopped;
(c) Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1), declares that,
an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the
portions of land described in the Third Schedule to this
notice are to be acquired for use in connection with a road
and vested in the Waikato District Council
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
