District Courts Rules 2009

Office Hours of Certain District Courts

Whereas staff numbers do not allow the offices of certain District Courts to be open from 9.00am to 5.00pm on every day that is not a Court holiday:

Now therefore, I, Kerry James Borrows, Minister for Courts, acting pursuant to Rule 1.22.3 of the District Courts Rules 2009*, determine that, commencing on 22 April 2013, the offices of the District Courts named in the first column of the First Schedule shall be open at the times specified in the second column of the First Schedule on every day that is not a Court holiday.

The notices relating to the office hours of the District Courts specified in the Second Schedule are hereby revoked with effect from 22 April 2013.
