Board of Trustees Election Invalidation Notice for Rukuhia School, Ohaupo (1938) and Newstead Model School, Hamilton (1843)

Pursuant to clause 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the elections for parent representatives for the boards of trustees of Rukuhia School, Ohaupo and Newstead Model School, Hamilton, require new elections to be held on 30 May 2013, and declare that the elected representatives who held office on the date of the invalid elections remain in office until the close of the day before the day on which the new trustees take office following the new elections.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Climate Change Response Act 2002

Ministerial Direction to the Registrar of the New Zealand Emission Unit Register: Issuance of New Zealand Units into the Crown Holding Account in the New Zealand Emissions Unit Register

Having consulted the Minister of Finance and having had regard to all the relevant matters, pursuant to section 68 of the Climate Change Response Act 2002, I direct the Registrar of the New Zealand Emission Unit Register to issue 29.5 million New Zealand Units (NZUs) into the Crown holding account in the New Zealand Emission Unit Registry by 1 April 2013.
