We advise that on 27 March 2013, Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of GLENCONA LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 24th day of April 2009, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property and land and present and future interests in and present and future rights in relation to such property and land of the company and in respect of which a financing statement was registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 5 June 2009 as F92RXOX86D985597, with all powers conferred by the security document and at law.

Notice is hereby given that Barry Phillip Jordan and David Stuart Vance, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of RAUMATI PROPERTY HOLDINGS MANAGEMENT LIMITED on 25 March 2013 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 30th day of May 2006.
