Road Realignment—South Makara Road, Wellington City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be road and vested in the Wellington City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares that the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and vested in New Zealand Forestry Group Limited; and

(c) Pursuant to section 120(3), declares that the area described in the Second Schedule is to be amalgamated with the land described in Computer Freehold Register 453963, subject to Encumbrance 8318069.3, Land Covenant in Easement Instrument 8318069.8, Consent Notice 8318069.11 and Land Covenant in Easement Instrument 8362482.1.

Land Declared Road—State Highway 1, Caversham, Dunedin City

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and which has the effect of adding the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to State Highway 1, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and both shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
