Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account
Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Alistair Geoffrey Chamberlain is required to be paid to the Secretary of Justice and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Alistair Geoffrey Chamberlain.
And that on 18 March 2013, $1,215.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Alistair Geoffrey Chamberlain.
This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Alistair Geoffrey Chamberlain to make claims against it.
Any person that has been a victim of Alistair Geoffrey Chamberlain, in respect of an offence for which Alistair Geoffrey Chamberlain was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Alistair Geoffrey Chamberlain.
Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the trust account.

Maree Zinzley, Manager (Approvals Operations) of the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), acting under delegated authority from the Director-General of MPI, gives notice, under section 14(1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), that the following application has been made to register a trade name product under section 9(1) of the Act:

Active Ingredient and Concentration: Flonicamid 500g/kg
Formulation Type: Water dispersible granules
General Use Claim: For the control of aphids and psyllids (TPP) in potatoes.
Any person may make a written submission to the director-general concerning this application.
Under sections 16 and 17 of the Act, a written submission:
(a) must state in full the reasons for making the submission; and
(b) may state any decision sought on that application; and
(c) must be received by the director-general no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
Under section 18 of the Act, a copy of every submission will be forwarded to the applicant for the applicant’s information.
