The Resource Management (Approval of Hawke’s Bay Regional Investment Company Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2013

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

Title—This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Hawke’s Bay Regional Investment Company Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2013.
Approval as requiring authority for the distribution of water for supply—Hawke’s Bay Regional Investment Company Limited is approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for the purpose of distribution of water for supply (including irrigation) associated with the Ruataniwha Water Storage Scheme located within the Central Hawke’s Bay District and Hastings District, including intake infrastructure for water taking and discharge to enable distribution of that water.
