Notice of Termination of Receivership

Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several receivers of the property contained in certificates of title HBP3/1150 and HBP3/1151, being at the corner of Nelson Street and Heretaunga Street, Hastings (“the property”) of Manhatten Services Limited (in receivership) (“the company”) by Asteron Trust Services Limited, on 1 May 2012 (the date of the receivership) under the powers contained within loan agreements dated the 30th day of June 2006 and the 3rd day of May 2007, and a mortgage instrument 6943224.5 dated the 30th day of June 2006 as varied by mortgage variation instrument VM 737560.1 dated the 3rd day of May 2007 as registered against the property on the 11th day of July 2006 and the 17th day of May 2007 respectively along with the terms of Memorandum 2002/4124 incorporated therein.

That appointment ceased with effect from 9.00am on 21 March 2013, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the director.

This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
