(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA53B/908, subject to Gazette Notice 282807.1 declaring State Highway 22 (Runciman – Tuakau) to be a limited access road, certificate B133799.4 pursuant to section 308(2) of the Local Government Act 1974.
