Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust Boards

Section 26(4) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of this trust board ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and Absolute Glass Specialists Limited (Company No.: 2255391):

Robert Sydney Poffley and Webster McNeil Trustees Limited (as trustees of the Poffley Family Trust) ("the mortgagees") are the secured parties under security agreements dated the 20th day of October 2011 and the 13th day of December 2012, and a general security agreement dated the 29th day of January 2013, pursuant to which Absolute Glass Specialists Limited granted to the mortgagees a security interest over all of its present and after-acquired property, which is registered under Financing Statement F5145U252S2PC97P\C0001.

The mortgagees hereby give notice that they entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below on 13 March 2013.
