Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Land Information proposes to take, under the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the Schedules hereto (“the land”).

The land is required for the Waikato Expressway (Cambridge Section) (Roads of National Significance).

The land described in the First Schedule will be taken for road (for the expressway), the land described in the Second Schedule will be taken for the functioning indirectly of a road and will vest in the local authority as road following construction of the expressway, and the land described in the Third Schedule will be taken for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) to prevent legal access to the expressway once constructed.
