This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of AURION LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 16 March 2009):

The sum of $8,935.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of AURION LIMITED. Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to AURION LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 11 April 2013.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Re: Laurie Wooding Properties Limited (in receivership):

On 4 March 2013, FM Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6985583.2 (North Auckland Land Registry) and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law Act 2007, first entered into possession of the property situated at 8 Waverley Street, Onerahi, Whangarei, being the property comprised and described in certificates of title NA139A/764 and NA130A/480.
