(b) adjoining land at Stranraer Farm, Cooks Road, Hunterville, being 15.6 hectares in total and contained in Sections 125–128 Block VII Ongo Survey District and Part Lot 3 DP 2689. The property is owned by Rod Agnew; and

(c) adjoining land at Samuel Weston Farm, Cooks Road, Hunterville, being 20.8 hectares in total and contained in Part Lot 8A DP 309 Part Lot 2 2689 Section 102 Block VII Ongo Survey District. The property is owned by the Samuel Weston Property Trust.

5.2 Te Para Hut: Located at Toe Toe Road, Awarua, Taihape, being 127.8 hectares in total and contained in Lots 1 and 2 DP 58801 Block VI Hautapu Survey District. The property is leased by Andrew Duncan and owned by Ben Popaka.
