Conditions for permitted high level health claims

Diet containing 3 g of beta-glucan per day | The food must contain —
(a) one or more of the following oat or barley foods —
(i) oat bran;
(ii) wholegrain oats; or

(b) at least 1 g per serving of beta-glucan from the foods listed in (a). |
