(2) enquiry, that, as at the date on which the disclosure statement is signed,—

(a) the disclosure statement contains all the information that is required by this Order; and

(b) the disclosure statement is not false or misleading.

(2) A statement by the directors and the New Zealand chief executive officer as to whether or not each director and the New Zealand chief executive officer believes, after due enquiry, that, over the half year accounting period or the off quarter accounting period as applicable—

(a) the registered bank has complied with all conditions of registration that applied during that period; and

(b) the branch had systems in place to monitor and control adequately the material risks of the registered bank’s banking group including credit risk, concentration of credit risk, interest rate risk, currency risk, equity risk, liquidity risk, and other business risks, and that those systems were being properly applied.

15 Financial statements of registered bank and overseas banking group

A statement on how to access the most recent publicly available financial statements for the registered bank and its overseas banking group.

16 Auditor’s report or review statement

(1) In respect of a half year disclosure statement, a copy of the auditor’s report or review statement referred to in clause 21(2) of Part 2.

(2) In respect of an off quarter disclosure statement, if the disclosure statement has been audited or reviewed by an external auditor, the following:

(a) a statement of the nature and scope of the audit or review; and

(b) a copy of the auditor’s report or review statement.
