Approval of Alternative Means of Recording Matters Relevant to the Monitoring of Work Time

Pursuant to section 30ZG of the Land Transport Act 1998 ("the Act"), and clause 3.4 of Land Transport Rule: Work Time and Logbooks 2007 ("the Rule"), and being satisfied as to the matters set out in that Act and Rule, acting under delegated authority of the NZ Transport Agency, I, Tony Marlow, hereby grant approval of the following as an alternative means of recording matters relevant to the monitoring of work time.
