Authorisation of Exchange of Conservation Area for Other Land

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the conservation area described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the latter be held for the purposes of a conservation park as part of the Oteake Conservation Park.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for a Sewerage Pumping Station and Road Stopped and Vested in Nelson City Council—State Highway 6, Whakatu Drive, Stoke, Nelson City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for a sewerage pumping station and shall vest in the Nelson City Council, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and once stopped, pursuant to sections 20 and 50, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, is vested in the Nelson City Council for a sewerage pumping station subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.

Land Declared Road—State Highway 20, Manukau, Auckland

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 20 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
