8. Financial Reporting Act 1993

9. Annual Meeting
Every company must hold its first meeting within 18 months of incorporation. Under section 122 of the Companies Act 1993 a company may choose to pass a resolution of shareholders in lieu of a meeting. The resolution must be held with the company records.
