Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The Companies Act 1993

On 6 February 2013, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that KEY EQUIPMENT FINANCE NEW ZEALAND LIMITED and UNISYS LEASING CORPORATION NEW ZEALAND LIMITED be liquidated and that William Guy Black and Andrew John Grenfell, of McGrathNicol, Chartered Accountants, Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.

The liquidations commenced on 6 February 2013 at 9.00am.
The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts.

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above-named companies which are being liquidated, does hereby fix 22 March 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
