Land Acquired for Public School and Drainage Easement Acquired—Lockwood Road, Hunua, Auckland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20(1), and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for public school;

(b) Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 28, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to drain water is acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule as a drainage easement having the rights and powers set out in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and both shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Mangatutu Road, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice (excluding mineral interests reserved by section 59 of the Land Act 1948) to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice (excluding mineral interests reserved by section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991) to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice (excluding mineral interests reserved by section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 3 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, sections 6 and 8 of the Mining Act 1971, and sections 5 and 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1979) to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 493642, subject to Mortgage 7830929.2.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA49C/886, subject to Mortgage B561335.2.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA45B/750, subject to Mortgage 6463820.3.

(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA44C/801, subject to Mortgage B094883.4.
