Notice of Intention to Apply for Approval of Code of Practice

Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“HSNO Act”), Advanced Plastics and Design Limited gives notice that it intends to apply for an amendment to the approved code of practice HSNOCOP 4-2 Design of Fabricated Vertical Cylindrical Above Ground Thermoplastic Stationary Tanks for the Storage of Hazardous Liquids with Class 5, 6, 8 and 9 Hazard Classifications.

The purpose of this code of practice is to provide a standard for the design and construction of above ground tanks constructed of polyethylene and polypropylene.

Pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Markets Act 1988, the Financial Markets Authority gives the following notice.

1. Title, commencement and principal notice—(1) This notice is the Authorised Futures Dealers (KVB Kunlun New Zealand Limited) Notice 2013 Amendment Notice 2013.

(2) This notice comes into force on its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

(3) This notice amends the Authorised Futures Dealers (KVB Kunlun New Zealand Limited) Notice 2013*.

2. Renewal of principal notice—Clause 1(3) of the Authorised Futures Dealers (KVB Kunlun New Zealand Limited) Notice 2013 is amended by replacing the expiry date of "31 December 2013" with "30 November 2016".
