LIST OF INDEPENDENT MARRIAGE AND CIVIL UNION CELEBRANTS

This list of independent marriage and civil union celebrants is published for general information under the Marriage Act 1955 and Civil Union Act 2004.

Pursuant to the provisions of section 11 of the Marriage Act 1955, the following persons indicated in the list with an "M" before his or her name have been appointed as independent marriage celebrants for the period from 17 December 2013 until such time as the next list is published or a marriage celebrant ceases to be a marriage celebrant.

Pursuant to the provisions of section 26 and 27 of the Civil Union Act 2004, the following persons indicated in the list with a "CU" before his or her name have been appointed as civil union celebrants for the period 1 February 2014 to 31 January 2015 or until a civil union celebrant ceases to be a civil union celebrant.
