Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Ian Ruscoe and Richard Grant Simpson, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed liquidators by special resolution of MARKET HOLDINGS LIMITED on 28 November 2013 at 4.00pm.

The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
