Land Declared Road, Land Severed and Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Passenger Transport Station)—State Highway 1, Auckland–Waiwera Motorway, Auckland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road, pursuant to section 114, which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and vests in the Crown;

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart, pursuant to section 52(1), for the functioning indirectly of a road (passenger transport station), subject to the electricity right created by Transfer A276678 and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance, pursuant to section 119, subject to the electricity right created by Transfer A276678, and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Interest Register 210280 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
