Pursuant to section 53(5) of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery, Warwick Albert Isaacs, Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette and shall be held under the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011.
