On 15 November 2013, the directors of MINDER LIMITED resolved:

"That the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay its debts".

Notice is hereby given that on 20 November 2013 at 4.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MINDER LIMITED be liquidated and that Digby John Noyce, of RES Corporate Services Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
