We, Brendon James Gibson and Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that on 19 November 2013, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of GREENSHELL INVESTMENTS LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 27th day of May 2008, GREENSHELL NEW ZEALAND LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 6th day of September 2007, IKANA LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 20th day of October 2006, and IKANA NEW ZEALAND LIMITED pursuant to a general security deed dated the 8th day of August 2012.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreements: All assets and undertaking of the companies.

Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on 21 November 2012, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of NEW HORIZON CAPITAL GROWTH FUND LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 6th day of May 2005.

That appointment ceased with effect from 19 November 2013, the receivers and managers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the director.

This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
