TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)

AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 2) 2013

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Chief Customs Officer, Valuation, Origin and Classification of the New Zealand Customs Service gives the following Notice.

NOTICE

Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2013.
Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 20 November 2013.
Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items, 4104.19.11, 8422.30.09 and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 1207.99.00 39F, 4104.11.15 21L, 4104.11.15 23G, 4104.11.15 28H, 4104.11.15 31H, 4104.11.15 33D, 4104.11.15 49L, 8479.89.00 59E, 8708.70.19D, 8708.70.19.29A and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.
