Rules Setting Non-Financial Performance Measures

Pursuant to section 261B of the Local Government Act 2002, I, Colin MacDonald, Secretary for Local Government, give notice that the Non-Financial Performance Measures Rules 2013 were made on 12 November 2013.

The Rules will come into force on 30 July 2014.

Copies of the Rules are available from the Department of Internal Affairs, 46 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington.

The Rules are also available on the Department of Internal Affairs’ website

www.dia.govt.nz

The Rules incorporate by reference the Drinking-Water Standards for New Zealand 2005 (Revised 2008), and the Drinking-Water Standards for New Zealand 2000.

These Standards are available for inspection during working hours at the above address and are also available on the above website.

Notice of Removal of Trade Name Products From the Register of Trade Name Products

(Notice No. MPI 208)

Pursuant to section 22(3)(b) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), I hereby give notice that the products listed in the Annex have been removed from the Register of Trade Name Products and that the registration of these products, as trade name products, has expired or been cancelled.

The importation of the products listed in the Annex are otherwise prohibited from the date of the publication of this notice.

Pursuant to section 22(3)(c) of the Act, any removed product as listed in the Annex may continue to be sold and used (but not manufactured) until 29 August 2014, but not at any time after that date.
