Amending a Notice—Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Jerome Sheppard, Acting Head of Education Infrastructure Service, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby amend the notice dated the 16th day of September 2013 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 September 2013, No. 130, page 3629, by amending the wording in the Schedule:

"0.1447 Part Section 7 Block IV Mokau Village (SO 4233) – New Zealand Gazette, 30 January 1964, No. 4, page 92, South Auckland Land Registration District.

0.1447 Part Section 8 Block IV Mokau Village (subject to survey) (SO 4233) – New Zealand Gazette, 30 January 1964, No. 4, page 92, South Auckland Land Registration District."

with

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Jerome Sheppard, Acting Head, Education Infrastructure Service, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.

2. This notice shall come into force on 31 October 2013.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment—Waikato Expressway (Te Rapa Section), Hamilton City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Declares the road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped, pursuant to section 116, and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart, pursuant to section 52, for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 119(4), shall vest in the Crown as stopped Government road on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
