Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 609941.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TNA3/629 – limited as to parcels.
