Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is Scenic Reserve and Naming of That Reserve—Lucy Elizabeth Williams Scenic Reserve

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council notifies the resolution passed on the 26th day of September 2013:

“That under section 14 of the Act the Far North District Council resolved to declare that piece of land, held in fee simple by the Council and described in the Schedule, be declared to be scenic reserve, and that the reserve be known as Lucy Elizabeth Williams Scenic Reserve.”
