Land Transport Rule: Heavy-vehicle Brakes
Approval of Brake Testing Device
Pursuant to subclause 4.6(1) of Land Transport Rule: Light-vehicle Brakes 2002 ("the first Rule"), and subclause 10.6(1) of Land Transport Rule: Heavy-vehicle Brakes ("the second Rule"), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the NZ Transport Agency, I, Stephen Arthur Bullôt, Senior Engineer, Operations Support, hereby approve the brake testing devices specified in the Schedule of this notice for the purpose of measuring brake forces of vehicles to establish compliance with the requirements for both light-vehicle and heavy-vehicle brakes contained in the Rules.
Schedule: The brake testing device to be approved
Make: MAHA.
Models: MBT5250 and MBT4250 Eurosystem (was Model IW4).

The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are, in relation to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011
Declaring Reclaimed Land as Crown Land Subject to the Land Act 1948—Fisherman’s Bay, Tory Channel, Marlborough
Pursuant to section 32(1) of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, I, John Robert Hook, Land Information New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be declared Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948, and it shall vest in the Crown 28 days from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
