Land Transfer Act Notice
An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 17 November 2013, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of way marked “C” on DP 98817 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA53D/467 (servient tenement) appurtenant to Lot 8 DP 60070 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA15D/1251 (dominant tenement) created by Transfer 447607 registered on 17 December 1948.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement due to subdivision shown on DP 60070.
