Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that as a result of the liquidation of the above-named incorporated society, its remaining funds, being an amount yet to be formally determined but not less than $50,000.00, constituting its Residual Funds, held on interest deposit within a trust account maintained by Norris Ward McKinnon Lawyers in Hamilton, be vested in the Alzheimers Waikato Charitable Trust 2551339.

This direction shall become final on 3 November 2013. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.

Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of DYMOCKS FRANCHISE SYSTEMS (NSW) PTY LIMITED (a company that was removed from the Companies Register on 26 June 2013):

The sum of $69,877.99 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of DYMOCKS FRANCHISE SYSTEMS (NSW) PTY LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to DYMOCKS FRANCHISE SYSTEMS (NSW) PTY LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 7 November 2013.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Legislation Act 2012, the Manager Energy Markets, Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, gives the following notice.

The Energy Efficiency (Energy Using Products) Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2013 were made on 23 September 2013 and will incorporate the standards set out in the table below into the Energy Efficiency (Energy Using Products) Regulations 2002 from 1 April 2014.
