On 24 September 2013 at 3.26pm, Aaron Douglas Walsh and Glen David Gernhoefer, both chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AUCKLAND DISABILITY PROVIDERS NETWORK INCORPORATED (in liquidation) by resolution of its members, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
