Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 27 September 2013 at 9.20am, appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Tony Leonard Maginness, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
